Job summary

Hydro One is seeking a University Co-Op Student for Environmental Reporting & Data Management in Toronto. The role focuses on data tracking, consolidation, analysis, and improving reporting processes while supporting BI dashboards and SharePoint maintenance.

You will work with stakeholders to enhance data quality and accessibility, contributing to continuous improvement within Environmental Services. This 12-month winter 2027 term offers valuable hands-on experience in reporting and data

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 2nd or 3rd year of a 4-year Business or IT Management program.
• Proficient in scripting and debugging.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint).
• Power BI or analytics tools experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Track, consolidate, and validate reporting data.
• Support internal, regulatory, and stakeholder reporting requirements.
• Maintain and enhance BI and project reporting dashboards.
• Organize, clean up, and maintain SharePoint sites and document libraries.
• Develop and document reporting processes and procedures.
• Analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Support document management, records management, and reporting initiatives.
