Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Team Lead for the Assessment & Permitting discipline within the Environmental Services Business Centre. You will report to the Senior Team Lead and grow the team through recruitment, retention, and staff development across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.

The role offers hybrid work options with in-office requirements, and involves leadership across projects from environmental assessment to permitting and construction support.

Responsibilities

• Daily operational management of 6-12 A&P professionals.
• Communicate operational expectations and execute the team’s strategic vision.
• Resource planning and allocation to support project needs.
• Coach and mentor team; drive performance reviews and training plans.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development activities.
