Insight Global in Toronto, ON seeks an AI Environment Manager to oversee Copilot Studio governance, access management, risk approvals, and adoption of AI agents within a regulated financial services environment.

The role blends hands-on execution with strategic thinking, coordinating with Development, QA, and Production teams, security, and risk stakeholders to support the AI roadmap. This is a six-month contract with a path to full-time conversion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Agentic or AI platform governance, technology delivery, or environment management.
• Experience within banking/financial services, wealth management, or another regulated industry.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Understanding of SDLC processes and environment management (Dev, QA, Prod).
• Experience working with risk, security, and compliance stakeholders.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Insight Global is seeking an AI Environment Manager to support the next phase of a Microsoft Copilot Studio rollout. This individual will oversee environment governance, access management, risk approvals, and adoption of AI agents across the business.

This role is ideal for someone with a Microsoft or AI consulting background who can balance hands‑on execution with strategic thinking in a regulated financial services environment. This is a long term role, starting as a 6 month contract with the goal to convert to a full time employee with the client. Looking for strategic thinkers, based in Toronto, ON.
