Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced AI Delivery Lead to drive the transformation of a Wealth Management platform. You will oversee enterprise-scale AI initiatives, partnering across business and technology teams to deliver agentic and multi-agent solutions.

The role requires a delivery leader who goes beyond traditional Agile project management, shaping solution, data, and AI architecture while driving execution. The contract-to-FTE path offers a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading Agile technology delivery, transformation, or large-scale programs.
• Proven experience delivering AI, GenAI, Copilot, or digital transformations.
• Strong expertise within Microsoft and AWS ecosystems, including Copilot, Azure AI, Bedrock.
• Deep understanding of Agile delivery, AI SDLC, and enterprise AI governance.
• Ability to engage credibly with architects and engineers, providing input on data and AI architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI transformation initiatives within Wealth Management.
• Drive Agile delivery across multiple teams, ensuring successful execution from ideation through production.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across business, product, engineering, architecture, risk, and executive leadership.
• Lead delivery of AI, GenAI, Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and multi-agent platform initiatives.
• Establish and oversee AI SDLC processes, governance, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Partner with architecture and engineering teams, providing input on solution, data, and AI architecture decisions.
• Review epics, features, and Jira stories to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical solutions.
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, and delivery outcomes.

We are seeking an experienced AI Delivery Lead to drive the AI transformation of a Wealth Management platform. This individual will lead complex AI initiatives, partnering across business and technology teams to deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions, including agentic and multi-agent platforms.

This role requires a strong delivery leader who can operate beyond traditional Agile project management, providing informed perspectives on solution, data, and AI architecture while driving execution.

We are looking for a long term fit to delivery a cutting-edge, high visibility transformation. This role will start as a contract and will have the opportunity to convert to an FTE at a competitive salary.

Skills and Requirements

  - Experience within Wealth Management, Investor Platforms, Banking, or Financial Services is highly preferred.
