Job summary

GrizzlyTrek Group Ltd. is seeking a Pumping Operator (Level 1) in Grande Prairie, Alberta. This is a full-time, entry-level field position on a pumping crew.

No prior experience is required and full training is provided. You will work a 15 day on, 6 day off rotation and be on call 24 hours a day during your shift. The role involves driving service equipment to wells, assisting with rig up and rig out, and maintaining tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• No prior oilfield experience required; full training provided.
• Valid Class 1 driver’s licence with a current driver’s abstract.
• Valid Standard First Aid and H2S Alive certifications.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and a physical fitness assessment.
• Willing to work a 15 day on, 6 day off rotation and be on call 24 hours while on shift.

Responsibilities

• Drive service equipment to and from the wellsite.
• Assist with rig up and rig out, which is physically demanding in all weather.
• Service, clean, and maintain tools and equipment in the field and in the shop.
• Keep the shop organized and the equipment job ready between calls.
• Follow the supervisor’s directions on every job.
• Work according to site safety procedures, permits, and hazard assessments.
• Stay available on call 24 hours a day through the 15 day rotation.
