This role is truly part‑time with most shifts lasting 4 to 6 hours per day for 3 or more days per week. We confirm availability, specify shift days and times early in the interview process, and inform team members in advance of any schedule changes. Reliability during scheduled hours is greatly valued, and flexibility on both sides is important.
