Job summary

Amalgamated Dairies Limited (ADL) is seeking a Marketing & Retail Sales Coordinator to support campaigns, promotions, in-store initiatives, and communications while collaborating with the retail sales team.

The role offers exposure to the commercial side of a local farmer-owned cooperative, ideal for an organized, creative learner who enjoys team collaboration and customer contact. Based at ADL West Royalty in Charlottetown, PE.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, communications, retail, or sales support is considered an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with customers, community partners, vendors, and the public.
• Comfortable using social media platforms and content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation, with willingness to travel across PEI for store visits and events.
• Training or experience in communications, public relations, content development, or related areas is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and in-store channels.
• Assist with maintaining ADL’s social media presence through content creation, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination.
• Support internal and external communications, including newsletters, website content, company announcements, and other corporate messaging.
• Coordinate marketing materials, promotional assets, and packaging updates with internal teams and external vendors.
• Assist with market research and monitoring competitor activity and trends within PEI and Atlantic Canada.
• Coordinate planning and execution of community events, sponsorships, trade shows, and media opportunities to strengthen ADL’s brand.
