Job summary

Amalgamated Dairies Limited in Charlottetown, PE is seeking a Marketing & Retail Sales Coordinator to support campaigns and in-store promotions. You will work with the marketing and retail teams to implement assets, messaging, and events that strengthen the ADL brand across PEI.

The role offers exposure to brand marketing and corporate communications, requiring organization, creativity, and a willingness to travel to retail sites and community events throughout Prince Edward Island.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent.
• Internship or relevant summer work in marketing or sales support is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; confident with customers.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns across digital, social, print and in-store channels.
• Assist with social media content, scheduling, and coordination.
• Support internal/external communications and company announcements.
• Coordinate marketing materials and packaging updates with teams and vendors.
• Assist with market research and monitor PEI and Atlantic Canada trends.
• Help plan community events, sponsorships, trade shows and promos.
• Support sales with account materials, sell sheets, and promos for retail.
• Coordinate and execute retail promotions and store visits as needed.
• Track promotional activity to aid sales planning and future initiatives.
• Foster relationships with retail partners and assist walk-in customers on-site.
• Provide admin/logistical support for retail initiatives.
