Job Overview We are seeking an Entry Level IT Technician to join our dynamic team on a casual basis for project work. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to provide top-notch technical services, ensuring our clients remain competitive in today's fast-paced IT landscape.

The successful candidate will be energetic, polished, professional, and have outstanding customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary School Diploma/Community College in Computer Technology or equivalent experience
• 2 years of relevant experience in similar role
• 2 years of experience working with networks
• In depth knowledge of current IT Technologies and solutions
• Experience with IT systems design, development, and support
• Backup administration and maintenance/support of existing infrastructure technologies
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• ITIL Certification Desirable
• Carpentry, electrical and/or experience dealing directly with Wi-Fi networks will be considered an asset
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work after hours when required
• Currently living in Calgary area
• Ability to travel within Canada for up to a full week every month is a must.
• Must own a reliable and insured vehicle
• Ability to procure a rental car
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s license required

Note: This position is on a contract basis with no eligibility for extended health benefits, nor paid time off.
