Position Description

This posting reflects an existing vacancy within the company. As an entry-level Associate with ACF Associates, you will:

Be involved in web application development initiatives to support ACF customers under the guidance of a Managing Associate.
Liaise with our customers to better understand their needs.
Work with other Associates to develop high-quality solutions for our customers.

This remote position requires a client-focused perspective, a desire to learn complex concepts related to Performance Management, strong algorithm and data processing/analysis capabilities, as well as IT skills to support the development of customized web-based performance management applications.

Foundational understanding of business principles such as problem analysis skills, business modeling, process re‑engineering, requirements management, configuration management, systems analysis, and change management.
Experience in several/all of the following:
Pandas or equivalent data analysis tools in Python.
Web frameworks such as Flask, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
React or similar framework.
Application deployment with AWS or Azure Services.
Containerizing applications using Docker.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Proven track record of excelling in collaborative settings while offering clear, confident team leadership.
Demonstrated ability to self-regulate and manage work to meet deadlines.
Eligibility to obtain a Government Security Clearance at the SECRET level.

Education

The incumbent must have an undergraduate degree, preferably in the fields of engineering or data analytics, from a recognized post-secondary institution.

Salary Range

$65,000 – $75,000
