Required

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform in a technical capacity.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration tools, and platform capabilities.
Experience providing technical oversight on Salesforce development including Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and API integrations.
Familiarity with Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Solid understanding of data security, access controls, and compliance within Salesforce.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
Knowledge of at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to align technical decisions across teams and explain concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience working in Agile environments and participating in sprint planning and technical reviews.
Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast‑paced environment.
