This role is for someone who has a knack for discovering patterns, storytelling, and communicating findings. With us, you’ll work on challenging projects, turning ideas and data into clear, compelling visual solutions. As an entry level Consultant Cartographer, you’ll inform transportation planning studies and enable our clients to make better decisions, communicate findings in public reports, drive policy or program changes, and inform infrastructure investments.
You’ll join our Young Professionals Program (YPP) , an immersive learning experience managed by our Growth and Operations (GO) team. This program offers hands‑on exposure to different areas of our business, allowing you to contribute to local, national, and international projects while sharpening your consulting expertise.
Your responsibilities
As part of our dynamic team, you’ll contribute to key aspects of the project lifecycle under the leadership of GO’s Vice President, with a focus on the transport sector. You will work on projects and business development across CPCS, with a focus on the Canadian Division activities. The Canadian Division leads projects across transportation and infrastructure economics with a focus on Canada. This includes projects such as: intercity rail and public transit planning and feasibility analysis; ports and marine sector economic impact and competitiveness studies, and goods movement planning. After completing the Young Professional Program, you are expected to continue your career at CPCS with the Canadian team.
