We are providing a unique opportunity for business development representatives looking to kick start their sales career. We are looking for an Entry Level Business Manager to add value to our ambitious sales team, by being committed to growth and expansion for our clients. Responsibilities include driving lead-generated sales in the area as well as leading office discussions on sales quotas, market research, and team development.

Entry Level Business Managers will conduct the initial contact of a qualified lead, assess any problems or questions that may occur, and generate interest for sales. Joining our business development team will expand your skill set. This position starts at the entry-level to develop key sales techniques, clientele management, event strategies, and enhancing our reputation across the region.

Entry Level Business Manager Responsibilities:
  • Providing exemplary customer service to all customers.
  • Keep a record of any communication between yourself and customers for quality assurance.
  • Contribute to a welcoming work environment through positive interactions between other team members and upper management.
  • Using surrounding resources and leadership, act with a sense of urgency to resolve any customer issues.
  • Contribute input during team meetings to help reach sales quotas and development goals.
  • Follow all essential guidelines from both management and the client.
  • Collaborate with all departments to find solutions to any issues, both customer and client-facing (new ideas from all employees are always encouraged!).
