Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician in Richmond, CA to work with children aged 3–16 using play-based ABA therapy. Schedule: Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–8:00 PM, with optional Saturdays based on client needs.

Responsibilities include following individualized treatment plans, collecting session data, and promoting skill development through engaging activities while collaborating with a clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to stay active and engaged while working with children.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.

• Weekend Sessions (Saturday & Sunday): $10/hour on top of your regular hourly rate
• Evening Sessions (Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 PM): $5/hour on top of your regular hourly rate
