Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work with children in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers mentorship, ongoing training, and growth opportunities as caseloads expand.

You will implement ABA-based plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinicians. Travel locally may be required; active RBT certification is required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.

What We’re Looking For

• Required: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field
• High school diploma required (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift up to 50lbs
