Job summary

Houston In-Home ABA Group in Pasadena, TX is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will be supervised by an experienced BCBA and work directly in the child’s home to help them learn new skills and reach developmental milestones.

You will deliver in-person interventions, implement behavior and skill acquisition plans, collect data, and collaborate with your BCBA to tailor treatment for each client.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Minimum 6 months of ABA experience preferred.
• Must pass background checks (criminal, MVR, OIG, healthcare sanctions).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license with proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans to help children thrive.
• Collect and record data on child behaviors and track progress using proprietary technology.
• Collaborate with BCBA to tailor and implement treatment plans for each client’s needs.

Houston In-Home ABA Group is looking for dedicated RBTs located in the Pasadena, TX area to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Join the Houston In-Home ABA Group team as we help increase access to life-changing care!

Position:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be managed and supervised by an experienced BCBA as you implement life-changing care directly in the child’s home. You will work directly with clients, helping them learn new skills and reach key developmental milestones.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans to help children thrive
• Collect and record data on child behaviors. Help track progress and celebrate milestones using proprietary technology
• Partner closely with your BCBA and help inform treatment plans and to effectively implement treatment plans specific to each client’s needs
• Follow Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines and codes of conduct

What You Bring:

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months of ABA experience preferred
• Active RBT certification required
• Must pass a background check, MVR, OIG, and Federal / State required healthcare sanction checks
• A reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license required
• TB test and proof of other health screenings/immunizations required

  Physical Requirements:

  • Mindful and attentive to the safety of the client and surroundings
  • Sustained physical activity may be required for up to 60 minutes
  • Behavior therapy activities may require playing and interacting with clients on the floor
  • Activities may involve walking, running, long periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
