Job summary

ABA Express is seeking a passionate, energetic RBT/Paraprofessional to join our growing clinical team. You will implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision in home, school, and center-based settings, while collecting data and documenting promptly in Rethink.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience with ABA data collection and documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, reliability, and passion for supporting the Autistic community.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities
