Job summary

Flyover Attractions is seeking an Applications Specialist I in Vancouver to support and grow our business apps, from POS and ticketing to productivity tools. You will work with senior team members, configure apps, resolve user issues, and assist with rollouts while handling occasional Level 1 IT tasks in person.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years IT support experience, a customer-service mindset, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in IT support, help desk, or application support (internships/counts)
• Experience supporting business applications or SaaS tools is a plus
• Basic understanding of how applications, databases, and integrations fit together

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for business applications (POS/ticketing, productivity, and LOB systems)
• Triage and resolve support tickets, escalating complex issues to seniors
• Assist with application updates, testing, and rollouts; validate fixes/features
• Maintain integrations and data flows under guidance
• Create and update user guides and knowledge base articles
• Help with end-user training and onboarding for applications
