Reporting to the Director, Information Technology, the Enterprise Systems Manager is responsible for the design, development, configuration, integration, and ongoing optimization of the organization’s cloud‑based Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.
This role works closely with Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, and IT to gather requirements, design and implement workflows, develop and maintain reports, and ensure secure, reliable data integration across enterprise platforms.
The position focuses on leveraging SaaS‑native capabilities, APIs, and integration patterns rather than on‑premise customization, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and well‑governed enterprise solutions that support financial operations, workforce management, and organizational strategy.
