Job summary

Graybar Canada is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Developer to strengthen its evolving digital ecosystem. You will analyze business challenges, design integrations across Infor CSD, Salesforce, and Microsoft Fabric, and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Reporting to the National Manager of Enterprise Solutions, you’ll collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to automate workflows, move data between systems, and deliver iterative improvements that drive business value

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–3+ years of experience in software design, development, integration, or a related technical environment.
Experience with gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Analyze business challenges and develop technical solutions across Graybar Canada's enterprise technology environment.
Work with stakeholders to translate needs into practical technical solutions.
Gather, clarify and document requirements ensuring alignment between needs and system capabilities.
Design and develop integrations, automations, and workflows across enterprise applications.
Work across platforms including Infor CSD, Salesforce and Microsoft Fabric to ensure data moves between systems.
Utilize APIs, middleware and web services to connect systems and enable data flow.
Collaborate with IT professionals in a knowledge-sharing environment and contribute to architectural decisions.
Deliver solutions iteratively with changing priorities while maintaining business value.
Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and workflows through automation and design.
Contribute to the evolution of Graybar Canada's data environment and digital transformation initiatives.
