Job summary

Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation (NSLC) seeks a Reporting & Analytics Business Process Owner in Halifax to lead enterprise reporting strategy and analytics alignment during a major SAP modernization project. You will partner with leaders, project teams, and technology stakeholders to ensure data integrity, governance, and scalable reporting solutions.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in IT, Business, Commerce, Data Management, or related discipline.
5–8 years of experience in reporting, analytics, BI, data management, or ERP-enabled roles.
Experience as a Business Process Owner or SME on ERP implementations or enterprise transformations.

Responsibilities

Define and align enterprise reporting requirements with transformation objectives.
Develop and evolve NSLC’s Data & Insights practice framework.
Establish reporting standards, governance, and data quality practices across the organization.
Define critical data elements, quality standards, and reporting controls.
Partner with business units and SAP project team; gather, document, validate, and prioritize reporting needs across the organization.
Support SAP modernization by participating in design workshops and validating reports and dashboards.
Support testing activities (SIT/UAT) and go-live readiness; coordinate reporting-related approvals.
Drive organizational adoption through training materials and knowledge transfer.
