Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and execute the vision, roadmap, and outcomes for enterprise-grade digital products. You will partner with executives, IT, and business teams to drive strategy, governance, and delivery of high-impact initiatives.

You will lead discovery, translate business needs into clear requirements, and guide Agile teams through planning, delivery, and release cycles while ensuring security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of product management or IT leadership roles.
Experience leading enterprise-scale digital products from strategy to delivery.
Experience in Agile, Scrum, Lean product delivery environments.
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and influence executives.
Experience in product discovery, requirements elicitation, and roadmap development.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the product vision, objectives, and roadmap.
Align priorities with business goals and enterprise direction.
Lead product discovery activities and stakeholder consultations.
Own and prioritize backlog based on business value and strategic objectives.
Translate requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Agile delivery teams through planning, refinement, and releases.
Ensure product solutions meet security, privacy, accessibility, and regulatory requirements.
