Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Product Management or related IT leadership roles.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale digital products from strategy to delivery.
• Proven ability to work in Agile, Scrum, and Lean environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision, objectives, and roadmap.
• Align product priorities with business goals and enterprise direction.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and modernization.
• Develop business cases and value propositions for product investments.
• Establish KPIs and outcome-based performance metrics.
• Engage executives, SMEs, and technology teams to understand needs.
• Lead product discovery activities and stakeholder consultations.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and features.
• Collaborate with Agile delivery teams across planning, sprints, testing, and releases.
• Ensure solutions meet security, accessibility, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements.
