Job summary

Mackenzie Health is seeking a Network Analyst to join the ICAT team in Vaughan, Ontario. You will design, implement, maintain and support enterprise network infrastructure across data center and campus networks.

You will collaborate with management and IT staff to deliver secure, scalable services and contribute to projects with a focus on reliability and performance. The ideal candidate has a college diploma in networking or IT, 2–3 years in enterprise networks, ITIL, and hands-on Cisco, VPN,

Qualifications

• College diploma in Computer Networking, IT or related field or equivalent experience and industry certifications.
• ITIL certification required or commitment to complete within six months of hire.
• 2–3 years of IT experience with at least 1 year in large enterprise network infrastructure.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, IP Helper, SNMP and common network protocols.
• Experience with Cisco LAN/WAN equipment and network monitoring tools.

• Install, configure, maintain and administer network equipment.
