Janicki Industries is seeking a seasoned Engineering Systems Analyst to translate design and production needs into PLM requirements. You will mentor analysts, lead enterprise dashboards, and partner with engineering, manufacturing, and IT to drive system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (Engineering, Drafting/Design Technology, Computer Science, or Information Technology).
• High school diploma or GED required for all positions.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with CAD/PLM is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with project management capability; cross-functional work experience.
• Experience with SQL/Power BI is advantageous; exposure to engineering/manufacturing env.
• Leadership experience preferred for senior roles.

Responsibilities

• Leads enterprise-wide reviews and evaluates business systems and workflows.
• Gathers requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis.
• Translates high-level direction into detailed, actionable requirements.
• Architects and delivers enterprise reports, dashboards, and solutions.
• Acts as CAD/PLM architecture advisor across engineering, manufacturing, IT, and program management.
• Leads cross-functional workgroups and ensures alignment on initiatives.
• Mentors junior analysts and supports growth within the career path.
