Job summary

Vention, a Montreal-based hardware and software AI-powered platform for factory automation, seeks a Senior Integration Specialist. You will own strategic enterprise accounts, drive L3/L4 escalations, and manage high-stakes deployments, remote or on-site, while mentoring integration specialists and aligning customer feedback with product roadmaps.

Fluency in English is required; French/Spanish are strong assets for our Quebec and LATAM customers.

Qualifications

3-5 years in industrial automation or senior technical support with customer exposure.
Robot programming mastery in two of Fanuc, Universal Robots, or ABB.
Ability to learn Vention's automation stack (MachineMotion, MachineLogic, Python) quickly.
Excellent communication skills for bench debugging and executive level discussions.
Proven track record commissioning automation systems and resolving multi-system failures.
English fluency; French and/or Spanish are a strong asset for Quebec/LATAM customers.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and lead executive reviews.
Drive L3/L4 escalations end-to-end with Engineering and Product involvement.
Project-manage high-stakes deployments on remote or on-site sites.
Mentor Integration Specialists and set technical standards for the team.
Close the loop between field and product; drive UAT and influence product roadmap.
