Job summary

OMERS Ventures in Toronto is seeking a motivated student to join the Enterprise Architecture team. Based in our Toronto office, you will support data and technology initiatives and assist with governance and repository maintenance.

You will gain exposure to business, solution and enterprise architecture, work with stakeholders, document outcomes, and contribute to the Emerging Technology Radar and technology strategy rollout.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution within Business Technology, Computer Science, or a related program.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Shows flexibility, accountability and the ability to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with enterprise architecture governance processes and documentation.
• Supporting the Application Portfolio Management process and EA repository maintenance.
• Researching emerging technology trends and contributing to the Emerging Technology Radar.
• Helping roll out the enterprise technology strategy with the team.
• Supporting solution architects with documentation and analysis activities.
• Engaging in other EA initiatives as needed.
