Job summary

Aversan Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Architect to lead transformation programs across Finance, Manufacturing, and ERP platforms.

This hybrid, full‑time role collaborates with ERP Product Managers and senior stakeholders to align technology decisions with business strategy. Based in St-Laurent, Quebec, you will develop future‑state architectures, design operating models, data flows and application landscapes, and present executive recommendations.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, ERP Transformation, Technology Consulting, or Business Transformation.
• Experience supporting global ERP initiatives.
• Experience working in Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, data, and reporting.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, or comparable ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate enterprise architecture and transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with ERP Product Manager, Delivery Lead, SMEs and Architects to align decisions and support the broader vision.
• Develop executive-level material and present concise messages for senior leadership.
• Define future-state architecture including business capabilities, processes, operating models, data flows, and system interactions.
• Produce executive-quality presentations and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Create a clear picture of how business processes, applications, data, and operating models come together to support Finance and Manufacturing transformation. Connect Technology Decisions to Business Outcomes Translate ERP design decisions into business impacts.
• Work closely with ERP Product Manager, ERP Delivery Lead, Business SMEs Solution Architects, Integration Architects, Change Management teams to ensure transformation decisions are aligned and support the broader enterprise vision.
• Develop Executive-Level Material Prepare clear and concise presentations for senior leadership. Translate complex technical discussions into messages suitable for:
  • CIO
  • Executive Management Committee
  • CEO briefings
  • Steering Committees
  The ability to simplify complexity and tell a compelling business story is critical.
• Define Future-State Architecture Develop practical views of:
  • Business capabilities
  • Business processes
  • Operating models
  • Application landscape
  • Data flows
  • System interactions
  without creating excessive architecture documentation or governance overhead.
• Has deep experience with ERP-enabled business transformation.
• Understands Finance and Manufacturing business processes.
• Can converse comfortably with technical architects and business leaders.
• Has developed enterprise roadmaps and transformation strategies
• Is highly analytical but pragmatic.
• Enjoys turning ambiguity into clarity. Can challenge assumptions while building consensus.
• Produces executive-quality presentations and recommendations.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in systems, Software, Electrical, or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 12-15+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, ERP Transformation, Technology Consulting, or Business Transformation.
• Experience supporting global ERP initiatives.
• Experience working in Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, data, and reporting.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, or comparable ERP platforms.

Compensation : $120,000 – $145,000 CAD (annual salary)
