Compeer Financial seeks a senior AI platform engineer to lead enterprise AI initiatives and set platform direction for LLMs, agentic AI, and governance. You will drive architectural choices, ensure safety and compliance, and deliver scalable AI-enabled solutions across portfolios.

You will mentor teams, develop reusable components, and collaborate with architecture, product, security, and risk teams to translate business needs into robust AI platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with extensive experience designing, building and operating complex software and platforms.
• Hands-on experience designing and building AI apps using LLMs, RAG, vector search, and agent orchestration.
• Experience scaling responsible AI across the software lifecycle and governance requirements.
• Ability to translate governance into technical controls and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI platform engineering across portfolios, products and platforms.
• Establish AI operational excellence with guardrails, monitoring, and cost management.
• Partner on AI governance and risk with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
• Own delivery of AI-enabled engineering for strategic initiatives from discovery to production.
• Mentor engineers and leaders, promoting best practices in AI development.
