Job summary

Sobeys is seeking a senior leader to build and scale the enterprise AI delivery capability, including MLOps, productionized analytics, and governance to move AI from pilot to production.

Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Data & Advanced Technologies, you will lead cross-functional teams, set standards, drive strategic AI roadmaps, and deliver measurable business value across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in enterprise data, AI, analytics, or technology delivery.
• Proven success delivering enterprise-scale AI, ML, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience building operating models, governance, and delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise AI delivery capability for Agentic AI, MLOps, and productionized analytics.
• Develop and execute the roadmap for enterprise AI operationalization and scale.
• Drive transition of AI/ML solutions from experimentation to production deployment.
• Establish monitoring, lifecycle management, and production readiness for AI capabilities.
