Job summary

lululemon is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to contribute to the design and implementation of AI/ML systems across the full model lifecycle—from dataset curation to deployment and monitoring. You will collaborate with researchers, data scientists, and product engineers to translate innovations into scalable production systems in a fast-paced retail tech environment.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ML development, production deployment with CI/CD, and leadership in model governance and responsible AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, ML, Statistics, or related field; Master’s beneficial.
• 4–8 years of AI/ML engineering experience in end-to-end ML systems.
• Proven production-grade AI/ML components with CI/CD, testing, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI/ML systems across dataset curation, feature engineering, training, eval, deployment, and retraining.
• Choose architectures, training strategies, and optimization techniques for tasks like classification, regression, ranking, generation, and retrieval.
• Build scalable training pipelines with distributed frameworks and cloud ML platforms.
• Deploy models to production with CI/CD, A/B testing, canary rollouts, and rollback procedures.
• Implement model serving infrastructure meeting latency and cost requirements.
