Job summary

Cohere, a security-first enterprise AI company, seeks a Platform Engineer to lead deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments for UK clients. You’ll partner with enterprise IT teams to tailor deployments that meet security and data requirements.

You’ll work at pace to deploy enterprise software, optimize Kubernetes-based workloads, and ensure seamless integration with clients' workflows. Travel up to 40% to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with customers to deploy enterprise software.
• Proven ability to deploy enterprise software in private or hybrid cloud environments.
• Extensive experience administering production Kubernetes clusters and Helm.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and networking.
• Fluent in French.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments.
• Partner with enterprise IT teams to assess infrastructure, security requirements, and data management.
• Experiment at a high velocity with high quality to engage customers and deliver solutions.
• Design deployment strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring data privacy and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Travel up to 20-40% to work on-site with customers and partners
