We are expanding our North workspace platform to securely deploy Generative AI with Canadian public sector customers, bridging Cohere's stack and customer engineering teams.

You will work directly with public sector clients to understand their top challenges and craft end-to-end AI solutions using Cohere's stack, with room to influence deployment in

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with customers.
• Shipped Python in production.
• Built and deployed RAG/agentic applications.
• Able to read and fix issues across the stack.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features for North, our AI workspace platform.
• Develop autonomous agents that talk to sensitive enterprise data.
• Experiment at a high velocity with quality to exceed expectations.
• Work across the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization through production.
• Lead end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments.
