Job summary

Esri Canada is seeking an Enterprise Agreement Sales Support Analyst to independently manage complex EA activities, support EA structuring and negotiations, and develop tracking tools for pipeline, renewals, and performance. The role requires 5+ years in sales operations or contract management, advanced Excel, and Salesforce proficiency.

The analyst collaborates with Legal, Finance, and Sales, driving process improvements and providing actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in business, commerce, finance, geography, information systems or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in sales operations, contract management, or related role.
  • Advanced Excel skills including data analysis, modeling and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM for data management and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities to deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality output under time constraints.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and interpretive skills for licensing and contracts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Collaborative across cross-functional teams; able to influence outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational skills; able to plan and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Bilingual English/French is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage complex Enterprise Agreement activities with accuracy and consistency.
  • Support structuring and negotiation of EAs with analysis, modeling, and licensing guidance.
  • Develop and maintain EA tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Analyze EA data to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
  • Serve as SME for EA processes; respond to inquiries and support onboarding.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Customer Operations, Finance and external partners to resolve issues.
  • Lead improvements to EA processes, documentation, and tools.
  • Contribute to best-practice documentation and standardization across EA activities.

  • Independently manage complex Enterprise Agreement (EA) activities, including review and validation of submissions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with internal standards and requirements.
  • Partner with sales teams to support the structuring and negotiation of EAs by providing analysis, financial modeling, and guidance on licensing and commercial considerations.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance EA tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights on pipeline, renewals, and agreement performance.
  • Analyze EA data, including licensing utilization, financial summaries, and trends, to identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations that support sales decision-making.
  • Act as a subject matter resource for EA processes, responding to inquiries and supporting onboarding and knowledge transfer for sales team members.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Customer Operations, Finance) and external partners (e.g., Esri Inc.) to resolve complex issues related to EA submissions, fulfilment, and compliance.
  • Identify and lead improvements to EA processes, documentation, and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of sales operations.
  • Support the development and maintenance of best practice documentation and contribute to standardization across EA-related activities.

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business administration, commerce, finance, geography, information systems, or related field.
  • An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales operations, contract management, sales support, or a related role.
