Job summary

Quality IT Resourcing is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide teams, Scrum Masters, and leadership through Agile principles and best practices. The role drives transformation across multiple teams and business units, facilitating ceremonies and workshops while removing impediments to performance.

You will promote continuous improvement with metrics and retrospectives and support enterprise-level Agile adoption, partnering with stakeholders to enable scalable change across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Agile coaching experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), ICP-ACC, SPC, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile principles and best practices.
• Lead Agile transformation initiatives across multiple teams and business units.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and strategic planning sessions.
• Identify and remove organizational impediments impacting team performance.
• Promote continuous improvement through metrics, retrospectives, and process optimization.
• Support change management and Agile adoption at the enterprise level.
