For one of our clients, we are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive, remotely from North America.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will focus on driving new business and building lasting relationships with large eCommerce companies. You will leverage your expertise in eCommerce and Post-Purchase solutions to engage with C-suite stakeholders and deliver tailored solutions that meet enterprise-level needs. You will be responsible for exceeding revenue targets, growing strategic accounts, and expanding your network of executive-level relationships. Your consultative selling approach and ability to navigate complex business challenges will ensure your success in this role.

Accountabilities:
  • Drive new business opportunities and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with enterprise-level eCommerce customers
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet the unique challenges of each client, specifically in Post-Purchase experiences
  • Engage and influence C-suite executives, delivering customized solutions that align with client business goals
  • Consistently exceed sales quotas, with a focus on high-value contracts ($200k+ ARR)
  • Utilize Salesforce, Gong, and prospecting tools to manage sales processes and pipeline effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of Post-Purchase solutions for clients
Requirements
  • 7-10+ years of enterprise-level sales experience, specifically within eCommerce SaaS
  • Proven success in selling to enterprise clients, with a track record of exceeding $200k ARR deal sizes
  • Expertise in Post-Purchase solutions such as order tracking, returns management, and customer communication
  • In-depth knowledge of the eCommerce industry, trends, and key players
  • Strong network of decision-makers in large eCommerce companies
  • Ability to engage with C-suite executives and build long-term relationships
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
