Job summary

A boutique Canadian cybersecurity consulting firm is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. This role emphasizes utilizing existing networks and industry knowledge to develop client relationships, while offering a flexible, remote-first work environment and uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT services.
  • Existing network of CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts focusing on cybersecurity consulting.

Are you a driven Enterprise Account Executive with a proven track record in B2B sales and a strong network of enterprise contacts? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your performance directly drives growth—and your own income?

We’re a boutique Canadian cybersecurity consulting firm specializing in advanced penetration testing, red teaming, and application security assessments . Our clients include critical infrastructure providers, financial institutions, public sector organizations, and private enterprises with a strong emphasis on security maturity.

We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join us on our mission to make Canada’s digital ecosystem more secure.

What You’ll Do :

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts across Canada, with a focus on cybersecurity consulting and offensive security services .
  • Leverage your personal rolodex of IT and security decision-makers to open doors and close deals.
  • Conduct client discovery, qualify leads, scope projects, and collaborate with the technical team to craft winning proposals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings (virtually or in-person).
  • Contribute to the refinement of our go-to-market strategy with real-world insights from the field.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales , ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT services.
  • An existing network of CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors , and procurement stakeholders across industries.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to clearly articulate technical offerings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a commission-driven role with a hunter’s mindset.
