Enterprise Account Executive – Cybersecurity & Penetration Testing

Are you a driven Enterprise Account Executive with a proven track record in B2B sales and a strong network of enterprise contacts? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your performance directly drives growth—and your own income?

We’re a boutique Canadian cybersecurity consulting firm specializing in advanced penetration testing, red teaming, and application security assessments. Our clients include critical infrastructure providers, financial institutions, public sector organizations, and private enterprises with a strong emphasis on security maturity.

We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join us on our mission to make Canada’s digital ecosystem more secure.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts across Canada, focusing on cybersecurity consulting and offensive security services.
  • Leverage your personal rolodex of IT and security decision-makers to open doors and close deals.
  • Conduct client discovery, qualify leads, scope projects, and collaborate with the technical team to craft winning proposals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings (virtually or in-person).
  • Contribute to the refinement of our go-to-market strategy with real-world insights from the field.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT services.
  • An existing network of CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and procurement stakeholders across industries.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to clearly articulate technical offerings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a commission-driven role with a hunter’s mindset.
