Job summary

Canada Life is hiring an Enrolment Processor to support enrolment for group benefit plans. You will handle employee and dependent information with care, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities include reviewing applications, solving data discrepancies, and communicating clearly with clients. The team values ownership, excellent service, and cross-location collaboration to protect plan integrity.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service experience with high standards for quality and accuracy.
• Strong keyboarding and data entry skills in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access; able to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing workloads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to make independent, well-reasoned decisions when appropriate.
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset (Quebec focus).

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain employee and dependent enrolment information for Group customers using online systems and multiple intake channels
• Review insurance applications for completeness, accuracy, and eligibility to ensure they meet contractual provisions and policy structure requirements
• Analyze inquiries and provide clear written responses across enrolment transactions with a customer-first approach
• Identify enrolment cases requiring additional approval; escalate appropriately to protect the customer experience and plan integrity
• Calculate benefit amounts accurately to support correct billing
• Investigate data discrepancies identified through integrity reports and make appropriate system adjustments
• Communicate clearly via email and written correspondence to provide excellent customer service
