Job summary

Ridley College in St. Catharines, Ontario, is seeking an Associate Director of Enrolment and Admissions to lead the Admissions team and manage a portfolio of prospective students and families.

The role reports to the Director of Enrolment Management & Admissions and drives enrolment goals with a highly relational approach. The Associate Director will guide strategy, ensure timely, personalized engagement, and collaborate on tuition assistance and outreach initiatives, including international

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred asset.
• At least five years of progressive admissions experience with leadership.
• Experience with tuition assistance management.
• Knowledge of Ontario and international education systems.
• Strong data-driven recruitment and analytics mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to Assistant Directors and Admissions Officers and support enrolment goals.
• Manage a portfolio of prospective students and families with timely communications.
• Conduct applicant interviews and make admissions decisions.
• Collaborate with the Director to support strategy and continuous improvement.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Represent Ridley at domestic and international recruitment events.
• Travel domestically and internationally; occasional evenings and weekends.
• Support the Tuition Assistance Committee and related strategy.
• Coordinate with Communications for admissions marketing and outreach.
