Job summary

Whitecliffe Canada is seeking a consultative, target-driven Admissions Lead to build the admissions function from the ground up in Toronto. You will own enrolment end-to-end, convert enquiries to applications, and manage offers, building a feeder network across Ontario to sustain a future pipeline.

You will work closely with the Marketing Lead and report to the Chief Commercial Officer, Whitecliffe Global, ensuring a combined enrolment target is met and a high-quality, compliant admissions

Qualifications

• 4+ years in student recruitment, admissions, or consultative sales with a proven enrolment or revenue track record.
• Experience converting high-value decisions (postgraduate, professional, or career-change) rather than high-volume transactions.
• Full-cycle ownership: from first enquiry to enrolled outcome, including admin and compliance steps.

Responsibilities

• Own enrolment for the Toronto campus end to end, converting enquiries into applications with expert guidance.
• Manage applications and offers, build Ontario feeder relationships for a sustainable domestic pipeline.
• Collaborate with Marketing Lead and report to the Chief Commercial Officer to hit a single enrolment target.
