Outlier invites you to join a freelance opportunity to help train AI models. You’ll conduct live English conversations with AI voice models, rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity, and provide concise explanations in English.

You will also compare AI-generated images and videos, spot issues like distorted motion or text errors, and document your findings with clear reasoning. A quiet workspace, reliable internet, and adherence to originality are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations conversationally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely for distortions, flicker, motion issues, text errors, and audio/video mismatches.
• Writing concise explanations in English detailing observations and analysis.
