Thermon Industries, Inc. in Oakville, Ontario is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team. You will ensure projects are planned, scheduled, and tracked, and that design work aligns with defined baselines and guides.

You will mentor staff, manage budgets, coordinate with R&D, and report progress. The role requires a strong technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering and proven leadership in a similar manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred. Bachelor's degree in a Technical field with industry experience is required.
• Minimum 10 years in electrical design or related Thermon products; 2-3 years project management in similar industry; MS-Office (Word, Excel)

Responsabilités

• Supervises a group of engineers/designers and coordinates with CAD/Lead Designers.
• Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Ensure project plans, budgets, and baselines are established and tracked.
• Mentor/select personnel for growth and development; manage staffing and performance.
• Ensure adherence to Thermon Design Guide and Project Execution Guide.
