Job summary

Arcadis in Vancouver is seeking an Engineering Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and delivery of a range of projects. You will handle project administration, reporting, document control, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination to help teams meet scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety objectives.

Working with project managers, technical teams, clients and other stakeholders, you will maintain accurate information, monitor progress, and promote Arcadis processes.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in PM, engineering, construction, business, or a related field.
• Project support experience in consulting, engineering, construction, infrastructure, environmental, or professional services.
• Ability to coordinate tasks across multiple workstreams.
• Strong organization and deadline management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including reports and minutes.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams; PM or document control systems are an asset.
• Knowledge of scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, change, and document controls.
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and administration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish work plans, track deliverables and milestones.
• Maintain project records and dashboards; prepare status reports.
• Monitor schedule and budget updates; raise variances and changes.
• Coordinate meetings and communications with stakeholders.
• Promote compliance with project management, quality, health and safety procedures.
