  • Knowledge of scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, change, and document controls.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support project managers and multidisciplinary teams with project planning, coordination, and administration.
  • Establish work plans, track deliverables and milestones, maintain project records, and follow up on actions.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, registers, meeting materials, dashboards, and routine status reports.
  • Monitor schedule and budget updates, identify emerging risks or issues, and escalate variances, dependencies, and changes to the appropriate project lead.
  • Coordinate meetings and communications with internal teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop agendas, record decisions and actions, support the exchange of accurate information, and help resolve routine coordination matters.
  • Promote compliance with Arcadis project management, quality, health and safety, information management, and commercial procedures.
  • Assist with reviews, audits, document control, and close-out activities, contribute to lessons learned, and identify practical opportunities to improve project coordination and delivery.
