Job summary

Nexii, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Project Delivery, Design and Product Development teams. You will drive process improvements, coordinate with engineering, design, and site teams, and ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget objectives.

Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, you will foster collaboration, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and support Nexii's mission of sustainable high-performance construction while delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or related field with team leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.
• PMP certification and P.Eng. designation are assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Delivery & Design department to ensure efficient project execution.
• Coordinate with Product Development, Structural Engineering, Design, PM, and Site Supervision teams.
• Identify process improvements to boost quality, efficiency and project outcomes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting and resource tracking activities.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance updates to leadership.
• Coordinate resource planning and workload distribution across teams to meet schedules.
