Coeur Mining Inc. is directing the Engineering Manager to oversee engineering delivery for the Silvertip project in a remote Northern British Columbia environment.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in major mining or heavy industrial projects, with strong experience in owner’s representation and EPCM settings, and a hands-on, value-driven approach to project

Qualifications

• B.S. Engineering or Geology; advanced degree highly regarded.
• Professional designation (e.g. P.Eng) required.
• Minimum 15 progressive years of experience in major mining/heavy industrial projects with leadership.
• Experience as Owner’s representative / EPCM or consulting environments is highly desirable.
• Multi-disciplinary engineering design experience from concept to detailed design.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for engineering delivery of the Silvertip project.
• Oversee EPCM contractor technical delivery, QA, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate stage-gate capital and operating scope reviews.
• Interface with senior site and corporate stakeholders including permitting teams.
• Lead safety, engineering integration, and multi-discipline coordination efforts.
