Job summary

Fuze HR Solutions seeks an Engineering Manager to lead two departments: Land Development and Building MEP Services, including data centre MEP. You will guide a multi-disciplinary team, balance resourcing, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while reporting to senior leadership.

You will provide technical oversight as a licensed Professional Engineer, mentor engineers, and own monthly P&L and revenue forecasting, aligning with company financial targets and client expectations.

Qualifications

• P.Eng license is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 15+ years of relevant engineering experience in land development and/or building data centre MEP.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and project P&L is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day engineering leadership across Land Development and Building MEP Services.
• Own department monthly P&L, revenue forecasting, and budgets.
• Manage client relationships and act as primary liaison for escalations.
• Oversee design reviews, project delivery, and resource planning across two departments.
