• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline required.
• Experience leading engineering projects and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of fluid power and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with hydraulic power units, manifolds, or mobile equipment applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Fluid Power engineering team and project workload.
• Develop custom hydraulic solutions using schematic design tools.
• Design hydraulic manifolds and hydraulic power units.
• Collaborate with mechanical teams to develop BOMs and drawings.
• Support engineering proposals, applications, system integration, and safety reviews.
• Manage projects to meet scope, budget, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Mentor engineering staff, including co-ops and new hires.
• Develop testing procedures and provide project lifecycle support.
