Job summary

MTU Maintenance Canada is seeking a Manager Cleaning Inspection Repair Engineering in Delta to lead the CIR engineering department and align activities with corporate goals. You will coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, and internal teams to improve engine maintenance processes and compliance with aviation standards.

The role requires a Master of Engineering or Bachelor of Engineering with extensive leadership and 8+ years in aviation engineering, plus strong CAD/CNC/SAP/MS Office expertise.

Qualifications

• Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) with leadership experience.
• 10+ years leading continuous improvement and lean management activities.
• Advanced knowledge of CAD, CNC, SAP engineering functions and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and performance management of staff; succession planning; discipline and promotion.
• Coordinate the CIR engineering activities with business strategies to improve MTU Canada overall results.
• Set, monitor and report KPIs for the CIR engineering department and the Continuous Improvement Program.
